If you chose to do a pre-inspection, make those repairs if necessary in order to get top dollar for your property and to use as a possible negotiating factor. If you did not do a pre-inspection, but are aware of certain items needing to be addressed, those should be repaired as well. Check to make sure the smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors work. Clean the home from top to bottom and get it ready for pictures.
If repairs are needed, we have access to our experienced repairmen and are happy to schedule them and meet them at the property, as well as oversee the project. In general, we always recommend filling in holes and touch up paint, clean HVAC, shampoo carpets, tighten any loose bolts/hardware, and add fresh caulk to areas for a fresh look.
