Crystal King, a Charlotte based Realtor and Property Manager, discovered her passion for Real Estate at an early age, and has since been honing her skills growing up a third generation member of a family with a passion for Real Estate. Much like her father, a reputable Home Builder in the area, Crystal was heavily influenced by her Grandfather’s Architectural firm as well as her Grandmother’s profession as a Real Estate Investor purchasing and renting properties. Crystal acquired her knowledge and sales skills during her time at CK Corp of the Carolinas, as a Builder Rep working with multiple developments. She continued to expand her interests into the Property Management side of things, which propelled her to find success acting as property manager for her Grandmothers various investment properties. In recent years, Crystal’s appreciation of fine homes and passion for business drove her to open her own business offering her services as both a Real Estate Agent and Property Management professional to those in the greater Charlotte, NC area. Hunter Ratcliff is a driven young man born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are in his DNA. He has been shadowing his grandfather and father who have a heavy background in the real estate world as custom home builders, as well as his mother who specializes in property management. He has years of management experience; he values hard work and honesty above all else. He has just begun his Castle Gate Real Estate journey in early 2022, after graduating high school the same year. Establishing personal relationships and helping his clients is his top priority, all while being organized and ambitious. When he’s not busy helping clients, he enjoys spending time being active outdoors and being surrounded by his family. He is the newest addition to the team and makes a great asset.

Inshah Bhatti is a young Pakistani-American Realtor fluent in Pahari, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. She has a background in immigration and criminal law, working as a legal assistant for Attorneys in Uptown Charlotte. Her career with Castle Gate Real Estate Group began in early 2020, after being brought on as the Assistant to the Broker in Charge. She since has been a great asset in managing properties alongside her Broker in Charge in the Greater Charlotte area.

The experience she has gained throughout the years in both the legal and real estate world has molded her to become a conceptual thinker. Inshah’s success and chemistry with real estate led her to acquire her Real Estate License. She plans to continue to work hard and help people while gaining more knowledge. She is very excited to continue to build great relations with people and create a wonderful reputation within real estate.
