Crystal is an awesome property manager and real estate agent! She was our property manager as well as our agent for our home. Crystal is thorough, professional, and ethical. She is very pleasant to work with. She is also an out-of-the-box thinker. When she managed our property, she always found the best tenants. I don’t know where or how she found them, but I never had to worry about them. When there was a need for repairs, she found the best deals for repairs and had her own team who were reasonably priced. She eliminated the guesswork and the extra work. When she was our real estate agent, we had a contract within 24 hours. She went the extra mile to make sure we closed. I love Crystal.
